Cosultation is provided to each new customer as a first service. During this consultation, employee of the service department will help the customer to specify his requests, design the system structure and settings based on the library or other memory institution needs. Our employee may also, together with the customer, design the necessary adjustments to the system and help with the selection of appropriate technical equipment. All efforts are focused on creating solutions tailored exactly to customer requirements, to his/her complete satisfaction.
